💬 银行因使用WhatsApp等应用被罚款5.49亿美元!💸

🚨美国的联邦监管机构继续对华尔街金融机构的员工使用私人通讯应用进行通信的行为打击。在最新的一轮,11家券商和投资顾问公司同意支付5.49亿美元的罚款。💰其中,Wells Fargo、BNP Paribas、Société Générale和Bank of Montreal因为这一行为被处以最大罚款,这四家金融机构支付的罚款近乎占到了总额的90%!这还不是第一次,去年大家可能还记得,这些大银行因为类似的违规行为被罚了近20亿美元。🔥总之,这些银行和投资公司没有正确地监控员工使用像WhatsApp、iMessage和Signal这样的“非正式”通讯服务,所以要付出代价!这样的私人消息服务在疫情期间大火,许多银行员工在家工作时使用。但监管机构表示,银行和投资公司应当采取更多措施,确保员工不滥用这些私人通讯服务进行业务沟通。📵
