🎣 金枪鱼之国的金枪鱼危机! 🎣

👋 在我们熟悉的披萨🍕、面点和几乎所有食物上,突尼斯人都离不开罐装金枪鱼🐟。不信你去突尼斯要个不加金枪鱼的三明治试试!😜 但最近,通货膨胀让这个日常食材变得奢侈起来,很多人买不起了!😱

虽然突尼斯的海域是世界上最佳的蓝鳍金枪鱼繁殖地,但因为全球需求和国际限制,大部分的鱼都被出口赚外汇💰。这里的人们现在大都只能买到低质量的进口金枪鱼。以前,新鲜和罐装的蓝鳍金枪鱼在当地市场都很便宜,但现在变得非常昂贵了。😢

更多的家庭开始回归传统,自己在家里腌制金枪鱼。不过,对于许多突尼斯人来说,尝试他们捕到的蓝鳍金枪鱼成了遥不可及的梦想。



 

突尼斯金枪鱼危机的商业评论


1. 文化与饮食偏好
