去年美国有近49,500人自杀,达到史上最高数字。CDC的数据显示自二战以来,自杀在美国变得越来越普遍。📈 研究者指出,导致自杀率上升的原因复杂,包括抑郁症增加、心理健康服务短缺以及🔫枪支更易得。特别是涉及枪支的自杀尝试往往死亡率更高,近年枪支销售暴增,导致更多家庭拥有火器。但值得乐观的是,去年全美推出了988国家危机热线,任何人可以拨打此号码寻求心理健康帮助。📞
