在英国Mount Saint Bernard Abbey修道院里,酿制了英国唯一的Trappist啤酒——Tynt Meadow。这款酒自五年前推出以来深受喜爱。🙏每次在正式瓶装啤酒之前,Cistercian教团的僧侣会进行祈祷和祝福。有趣的是,即使非信徒也相信不进行祝福的酿酒过程可能会出错!据说,没有祝福的日子,机器可能会故障,啤酒到处飞溅。🍻这家修道院里的酿酒并不仅仅是为了商业,他们坚信酿造的啤酒能够传达他们的精神和传统。这款啤酒不仅在英国销售,还有65%的产量出口到其他国家,如比利时和荷兰。
