🚫🤖拜登限制对中国AI投资:VC界的全球化终章?

拜登总统提议禁止美国风险投资和私募资金对中国科技公司的投资,目的是加强国家安全。这一措施可能标志着风险投资和私募资金全球化的终结。具体来说,这将阻止美国人在AI、量子信息技术和半导体/微电子领域的中国公司中进行股权投资,还涉及相关的并购、新投资和合资事务。但此规定并不追溯。白宫表示,这种限制是为了防止特定的“无形利益”进入中国,因为中国缺乏的不是资金,而是技术知识。


 

这则消息从商业评论的角度反映了全球技术和投资领域正经历的政治和经济紧张关系。以下是一些关键观点:
