抗跌抗通胀:葡萄酒投资的黄金时期


在过去的几年中,葡萄酒投资市场经历了一段快速增长的时期。然而,尽管2022年市场开始放缓,但相比于股票或债券等许多其他资产,最好的勃艮第或波尔多葡萄酒仍然表现为一种波动性较小的资产。


Liv-ex Fine Wine 1000,是伦敦国际葡萄酒交易所(London International Vintners Exchange,简称Liv-ex)跟踪的覆盖面最广的一只精品葡萄酒指数。在今年上半年,该指数上涨了11.1%,而在2021年,它的涨幅为18.1%。这种增长在投资市场上可谓是引人注目。

尽管这一增长在第二季度有所放缓,该指数在当季仅上涨了3.2%,与第一季度的7.2%相比,但与其他主要资产类型相比,葡萄酒投资依然表现出强大的抗跌性。比如,今年上半年,标普500指数下跌了20.58%,而10年期美国国债收益率则上升了1.47个百分点。


除了这种显著的抗跌性外,葡萄酒投资还表现出了对通胀的抵抗力。随着全球经济的复苏,通胀压力正在不断增加,投资者开始寻找能够抵御通胀影响的资产。在这种环境下,葡萄酒的稀缺性和持久价值使其成为了一种理想的对冲通胀的投资。
