德州连续两个夏天遭受严重旱情和高温袭击，导致牛只健康受到影响。大片草地枯黄，牧民David Henderson甚至考虑出售部分牛群。去年，因为干旱，东德州的牧民比前一年多出售了48万头牛。气象学家John Nielsen-Gammon预测，由于全球变暖，极端高温将成为常态。随着供应减少，牛排价格也可能上涨哦！🥩💸
