中国投资者面临EB-5黄金时代与挑战并存

文华尔街日报8月3号发文提到两点重要信息:

EB-5计划的黄金时代:中国投资者对乡村项目产生浓厚兴趣”


美国国会已经对EB-5投资计划进行了全面改革,并重新批准了为期五年的计划,其中五分之一的签证名额明确分配给乡村区域项目。尽管这个改革引发了长期的申请积压,特别是来自中国的申请,但这个调整后的计划却吸引了大量中国投资者的目光,他们将这看作是投资美国的一个黄金时代。


中国投资者面临EB-5难题:挑战增多,选择繁复”


随着中美关系紧张,中国资本在美国的接受度下降,例如佛罗里达州禁止中国公民购买土地。此外,EB-5移民等待名单的冗长,加上新冠疫情、欺诈报告等因素,使得中国投资者的申请成功率仅约60%,远低于其他国家。修订后的EB-5计划并未吸引所有人,一些投资者因考虑到可能的更长等待时间而选择坚守现有投资。


 

华商评论认为这反映了全球化投资环境的复杂性和动态性。在一方面,美国的EB-5投资移民计划对于中国的投资者来说是一个有吸引力的机会,特别是新的乡村项目可以为他们提供一个投资并移民到美国的途径。这种趋势反映了中国投资者对于国际化和经济多元化的需求。


然而,另一方面,随着中美之间的政治紧张,以及美国对外国投资的态度变化,这种机会也伴随着许多挑战。例如,申请的成功率有所下降,等待时间较长,这对于想要迅速实现投资和移民目标的中国投资者来说是一个难题。此外,中国的外汇管制政策也使得资金转移变得复杂和困难。


因此,华商评论认为中国投资者需要仔细考虑这些因素,以便做出最佳的投资和移民决策。同时,对于美国和中国等相关国家,他们也需要考虑如何改进和优化其政策,以便更好地吸引和支持国际投资者。
