Refer&Reward

Please read about the CitaOnline Refer and Reward (RR) Program.

Since all CitaOnline instructors fulfill their own teaching services as independent contractors, if an independent contractor holds an entrepreneurial spirit, offers the teaching opportunities to other teachers, they will receive a Referral Reward (RR) per the number of hours all the teachers he or she referred in teach.

Interesting Part:

The referrer is not required to do anything specific, but he or she will receive this bonus every month and year as long as the referral teacher teaches with Cita, even when the team lead doesn’t do any teaching.

Online Instructor Qualifications:

K12 School and College level teachers Hold teaching credentials at the state level

All teachers referred in shall be under the management of CITA, and abide by the CITA Terms and Conditions.

Reward Period:

Long Term, as long as the teacher(s) teach(es) with CitaOnline.

Sample RR calculation chart:

For example, you referred in 4 teachers and they have been teaching all year with CitaOnline, you will be getting this amount of RR this year, and you are not required to do any team leading or management work.

California International Teachers Association reserves the right to revise the policy at any time, will have all related parties notified of any changes in writing before the effective date.
